No, you are not charged any commissions on B2B Portal orders or other direct orders included in your Orderportal subscription. Pricing is based on a fixed monthly fee determined by your annual sales volume. You get access to all features, unlimited users and customers. If you choose a Flex plan, we do charge a small variable fee, but you can always upgrade to a fixed plan.
All fixed Orderportal plans are based on an annual subscription, except for the Flex subscriptions. You can choose how you'd like to be billed in the fixed plans: monthly or annually. Choosing annual billing gives you a discount of up to 21% compared to monthly billing.
You receive a monthly or annual invoice depending on your chosen billing cycle. Payments are automatically charged via your payment method on file, via direct debit. Save up to 21% with annual billing.
No problem! We will reach out to you to see what plan best fits your growth trajectory. In the meantime, if you exceed the volume limit of your fixed plan, you simply pay a small overage fee per €1,000 in additional revenue per month. This rate varies per plan and becomes more favorable as you move to higher plans. You are never forced to upgrade immediately.

No. Orders that you create in the backoffice manually are excluded from the annual sales volume limit. Only orders processed through the portal count towards your plan's volume threshold. Fair-use policy applies.
Yes! Our Sales App and Dropship Automation modules are available as standalone products. You only pay for the modules you need, without committing to a B2B Portal plan. Contact us for more details.
